Talia Rosenberg, LMSW, is a integrative psychotherapist who works with with a broad spectrum of individuals with mild to severe psychopathology.
Talia is dedicated to the overall well-being of her clients. She always respects her clients’ values and concerns, and understands the importance of being compassionate and non-judgmental.
Talia employs an individualized, flexible, and holistic approach to therapy. She helps her clients to identify their strengths and then empowers them to use those strengths to achieve their greatest potential.
Talia has experience in working with a multitude of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), insight-oriented therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
In addition, Talia has been certified in Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral therapy. This model has been proven to be one the leading evidence-based treatments for eating disorders, including including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge-eating disorder. Treatment focuses on addressing, disruption and modifying the factors that maintain the eating disorder.
