Sarah is a dedicated and thoughtful psychotherapist with a strong background in working with individuals diagnosed with anxiety and depression. She draws from a variety of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), holistic approaches, and psychodynamic therapy.

Sarah brings a diverse perspective to the practice, having spent twelve years as a special education teacher for young children.
