Natalia Tomczak
Psychotherapist for Individuals

Natalia approaches therapy with empathy, curiosity, and deep respect for each client’s unique journey. She creates a warm, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions with honesty and self-compassion. Her style is holistic and intuitive, grounded in the belief that mind, body, and spirit are deeply interconnected. From this place, she offers a supportive environment for clients to explore their experiences, strengths, and challenges with openness and care.
Believing in the power of collaboration, Natalia tailors her approach to meet clients where they are. She integrates person-centered therapy, mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support emotional resilience, cultivate self-awareness, and bring about meaningful change. Her work is shaped by a strong appreciation for the diverse cultural identities and lived experiences clients bring into the room, and she is committed to cultivating a therapeutic space that feels inclusive, affirming, and genuinely supportive.
Natalia works with a broad range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship dynamics, and life transitions. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Southern California and is currently pursuing her M.A. in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at New York University.
