Nadiya Roache

Nadiya is a compassionate and empathetic psychotherapist dedicated to helping patients become their most alignedand authentic selves. Drawing from psychodynamic and humanistic frameworks, she believes that past experienceshold valuable clues to present struggles. She views therapy as a collaborative process, grounded in the belief that patients already possess insight and solutions within themselves. Nadiya works to guide, support, and reflect, helping patients access their own inner wisdom.
She uses a holistic, integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches to tailor treatment to each patient’s individual needs. Nadiya helps individuals with a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, and trauma.
Nadiya has a strong foundation in mental health counseling through her training at Canisius University. She also holds a Master’s degree in School Counseling and has worked as a school counselor for the past three years, supporting children in grades K–12 in developing the social and emotional skills necessary to thrive both in school and beyond.
