Isabella Maserejian

Isabella is an attuned and supportive psychotherapist who utilizes an integrative, client-centered approach tailored to meet each individual’s needs. She is committed to fostering a compassionate environment where patients feel encouraged to explore challenges, build self-awareness, and work toward personal goals.
Isabella draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Approaches. Her clinical interests include substance use disorders, personality disorders, anxiety, and depression. Rooted in a person-centered approach, Isabella strives to create a safe and collaborative space throughout the therapeutic process.
In addition to Isabella's areas of special focus, she is qualified and experienced in treating a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, panic, OCD, PTSD, trauma, grief, burnout, couples and family issues, relationship difficulties, personality disorders, eating disorders, addictive disorders (including alcohol, drugs, sex, gambling, and food), ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, dissociative disorders, psychotic disorders, chronic illness adjustment, sleep disorders, somatic conditions, work and career stress, identity and existential concerns, perfectionism, cultural and racial identity stress, and life transitions. Using an eclectic range of evidence-based approaches, she provides compassionate, individualized care tailored to every patient she serves.
In addition to her strong foundation in mental health counseling through her training at New York University, Isabella holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Boston University, where she gained experience in both research and direct care within academic and community-based settings.
