Eugenia's approach to counseling is dynamic and relational, grounded in her academic focus on psychoanalytic perspectives and informed by clinical experience with DBT, ACT, and CBT. She believes therapy is most effective when it addresses root causes—both individual and systemic—and the interplay between past and present. Eugenia is committed to cultivating a trauma-informed and collaborative space that honors each client’s unique story and strengths. She specializes in the treatment of adults facing interpersonal and identity dysfunctions.

Prior to pursuing her Master of Education, Eugenia worked as a counselor on an inpatient psychiatric unit specializing in eating disorders. She supported adults navigating complex, acute mental health challenges and comorbid diagnoses ranging from mood, anxiety, and personality disorders. During her three years in this role, Eugenia developed long-term therapeutic relationships, gained insight on complex case management, and guided clients through acute crises. Moving forward from this experience, Eugenia is committed to finding the best treatment fit for each client’s unique needs and harnessing their personal wisdom in the pursuit of psychological healing.

Eugenia holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northeastern University, with minors in Human Services and Behavioral Neuroscience. She is currently completing her M.Ed in Mental Health Counseling at Teachers College, Columbia University.
