Ella’s approach is collaborative and compassionate. She draws from person-centered, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral approaches, tailoring therapy to meet each patient’s individual needs. Ella works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Her goal is to create a safe and supportive space where patients can identify issues, honor their unique experiences, explore beneath the surface, and move toward a more self-aware and fulfilling life.
Ella has a strong foundation in mental health counseling through her training at Fordham University and the Institute for Emergence. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and has worked as a Research Assistant at Weill Cornell Medicine, where she focused on psychotherapy and depression in middle-aged and older adults.
Ella brings a grounded and thoughtful perspective to her work, fostering a supportive environment for growth and self-discovery.
