Ella’s approach is collaborative and compassionate. She draws from person-centered, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral approaches, tailoring therapy to meet each individual’s needs. Ella works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Her goal is to create a space where clients can identify issues, honor their unique experiences, explore beneath the surface, and move toward a more self-aware and fulfilling life.
Ella is currently earning her M.S.Ed. in Mental Health Counseling at Fordham University and has completed foundational training with the Institute for Emergence. She also holds a B.A. in Psychology and previously worked as a Research Assistant at Weill Cornell Medicine, where she focused on psychotherapy and depression in middle-aged and older adults.
