Elise is a trauma-informed psychotherapist dedicated to creating a supportive and authentic space where patients feel safe to speak openly and explore their inner experiences. She approaches therapy with warmth, curiosity, and collaboration, tailoring her work to meet each patient’s unique needs and goals.
Drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing—Elise helps patients identify unhelpful patterns, deepen self-awareness, and develop practical tools for emotional regulation, stress management, and personal growth.
Elise has a strong foundation in social work through her training at Yeshiva University, with a concentration in Clinical Practice. She has provided both individual and group therapy in an outpatient addiction treatment center, supporting individuals with substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health concerns, and personality disorders.
