Eleanor is a compassionate and thoughtful psychotherapist with extensive experience supporting adolescents, adults, and groups. Eleanor has experience working with patients navigating depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and body image concerns. She approaches each person with empathy and without judgment, taking the time to understand their storyand collaborate on meaningful, achievable goals.
Eleanor has a strong foundation in mental health counseling through her training at Teachers College, Columbia University, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine. She is also a certified yoga instructor, committed to fostering holistic well-being and nurturing the mind-body connection.
