Leah Rubbo takes a collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach to therapy, working alongside clients to help them explore their challenges and recognize their inner strengths. Her goal is to create a warm, empathetic space where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to make meaningful changes. She works with each individual to uncover patterns, build resilience, and develop coping strategies that support personal growth and healing.
She tailors her work to each client’s unique needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Leah specializes in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. She also sees children and adolescents, using approaches to help them with emotional regulation, coping skills, and family dynamics. Her hope is to help clients gain insight, strengthen their sense of self, and feel more confident in their daily lives.
Leah is currently pursuing her Master’s in Social Work at Liberty University, with a concentration in clinical practice. She is deeply committed to meeting clients where they are and honoring each person’s unique journey toward healing.
