Elise, MSW Candidate, is a trauma-informed psychotherapist dedicated to creating a supportive and authentic space where clients feel safe to speak openly and explore their inner experiences. Elise approaches therapy with warmth, curiosity, and collaboration, tailoring her work to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.
Drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing—Elise helps clients identify unhelpful patterns, deepen their self-awareness, and develop practical tools for emotional regulation, stress management, and personal growth.
Elise is currently earning her Master’s in Social Work at Yeshiva University with a concentration in Clinical Practice. Prior to joining private practice, she provided individual and group therapy at an outpatient addiction treatment center, supporting clients with substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health concerns, and personality disorders.
