Psychotherapist for Adolescents and Adults

unnamed

Nadiya is a compassionate and empathetic psychotherapist dedicated to helping clients become their most aligned and authentic selves. Drawing from psychodynamic and humanistic frameworks, she believes that our past experiences hold valuable clues to present struggles. She views therapy as a collaborative process, grounded in the belief that clients already possess some insights and solutions within themselves. She works to guide, support, and reflect, helping them access their own inner wisdom.

Nadiya uses a holistic, integrative approach to therapy, drawing from modalities such as cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based approaches to tailor treatment to fit each individual's needs. She helps individuals with a range of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, and trauma.

Nadiya is currently working to earn an Advanced Certificate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Canisius University. She currently holds a Master’s Degree in School Counseling. She has been working as a school counselor for 3 years, helping children in grades K-12 develop the social and emotional skills to thrive in school and beyond.
