Harper has experience working with adolescents, adults, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community navigating anxiety, depression, identity development, and life transitions. She draws from modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help patients overcome obstacles and improve their emotional well-being.

Harper has a strong foundation in mental health counseling through her training at Teachers College, Columbia University. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Women’s & Gender Studies from Bucknell University, and integrates her academic background with a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to support meaningful growth and healing.
