Harper is a warm and compassionate psychotherapist dedicated to creating a collaborative and supportive space where individuals feel empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and lived experiences. She honors each client’s story with empathy and thoughtful attention, embracing the idea that healing thrives in environments that are grounded in trust and care. Rooted in a person-centered and strengths-based approach, Harper tailors her therapeutic approach to meet each individual’s unique needs and values.

Harper has experience working with adolescents, adults, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community navigating anxiety, depression, identity development, and life transitions. She draws from various modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to help clients overcome obstacles and improve their emotional well-being.

In addition to her strong foundation in mental health counseling through her training at Teachers College, Columbia University, Harper holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Women’s & Gender Studies from Bucknell University.
