Eleanor Eng is a compassionate and thoughtful psychotherapist with extensive experience supporting adolescents, adults, and groups. She is dedicated to creating a safe, collaborative, and interactive space where clients feel empowered to explore their emotions, experiences, and identities. Her work is grounded in psychodynamic, relational-cultural, and mindfulness-based approaches, allowing her to meet each client with authenticity and care. Eleanor views every therapeutic relationship as unique and thoughtfully tailors her interventions to best support each individual’s journey.

Eleanor has worked with clients navigating depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and body image concerns. She approaches each person with empathy and without judgment, taking the time to understand their story and collaborate on meaningful, achievable goals.

In addition to her strong foundation of mental health counseling through her training at Teachers College, Columbia University, Eleanor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine. Eleanor is also certified yoga instructor, committed to fostering holistic well-being and nurturing the mind-body connection.
