Alexandra holds a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology with a specialty in first responders and mental health, as well as having a strong foundation in mental health counseling through her training at Manhattan University. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and brings valuable professional experience from her work in child protective services.

Her diverse academic and professional background has equipped her with a deep understanding of complex mental health challenges, allowing her to connect with patients from all walks of life. She is especially passionate about helping individuals navigate trauma, build resilience, and achieve personal growth.

Alexandra’s therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices, including Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based Interventions, tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
